 Conservation Volunteering Program The last year my friends and I took part in a volunteering program to help the New Zealand’s environment, to get to New Zealand we took a flight, when we arrive to the airport the weather was really warm so we didn’t need to bring any coat or jacket, as soon as arrived the people from the organization took us to a hostel where we stayed for the 5 days of de volunteering. After one day of orientation we start working from 8 am to 4 pm doing different activities like helping boost native biodiversity and provide additional habitat for native birds by removing exotic weeds which threaten to swamp native plantings, planting trees in different locations, cleaning forests and parks, we also help making and improving the habitat for rare fishes.   I have participated for years in the "Proud to Recycle" campaign because the objective is to convey to citizens the importance of their collaboration in recycling packaging for the care of the environment and let us continue to take care of our natural environment together, with a as simple as separating the containers and placing them in the appropriate container. During the campaign presentation, together as a team we managed to make a change. Given that:    24,987 tons of domestic packaging were recycled.      In addition, more than 16,900 containers were placed, of which 9,200 are yellow for the selective collection of containers.    With the recycled packaging, toys have been made for children.    Spread the importance of recycling and its goods.   Selecting materials that are more respectful with the environment and with a longer useful life. I have participated in the Respira a Todo Pulmón campaign to reforest areas in the State of Mexico. This year it took place from July 8 to 11.  Ecopil Arte Crea Consciencia is the organization that coordinates the campaign and the responsibility is in Cuautitlán Izcalli and municipalities such as Apaxco, Coyotepec, Cuautitlán México, Melchor Ocampo, Nicolás Romero, Teoloyucan, Tepotzotlán, Tlalnepantla de Baz, Tultitlán and Zumpango will participate.
